Welcome. These are the terms that apply when you buy and use the digital products of The Exit Architect™. They're written to be read, not skipped. Take a minute.

Who we are

The Exit Architect™ is operated by Impish Things KB, organization number 969746-8313, registered in Sweden. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you're buying

The Exit Architect™ is a family of digital products from Impish Things KB:

- The Exit Readiness Map, a free diagnostic workbook (PDF), delivered when you sign up.

- The Ledger, a guided workbook delivered as a PDF, together with access instructions for The Exit Architect GPT, a custom assistant you access through your own ChatGPT account at chatgpt.com. Price is €67, a one-time payment.

- The Atlas, a guided workbook delivered as a PDF. Price is €267, a one-time payment.

For the paid products there is no subscription, no expiry, and no recurring charge. The Exit Readiness Map is free.

Your license

When you obtain any of these products, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the workbook, and the GPT where it is included, for your own private use. You keep your copy. There is no time limit.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share logins for, or repackage the workbooks or the GPT access in any form. You may not use the content to train other AI models or to create competing products.

Intellectual property

All content, including text, design, workbook structure, prompts, and the GPT itself, remains the property of Impish Things KB. The Exit Architect™ is a trademark used by Impish Things KB.

About the GPT

The Exit Architect GPT runs on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Accessing it requires your own free or paid ChatGPT account. We don't control OpenAI's availability, pricing, or policies, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform itself. If OpenAI changes the custom GPT feature in a way that meaningfully affects the product, we will let buyers know and propose a reasonable alternative.

What these products are not

The Exit Architect™ products are self-directed thinking tools. They are not:

- therapy, counselling, or psychological care

- medical, psychiatric, or health advice

- legal advice

- financial advice

- coaching, consulting, or a professional service relationship

If you're in crisis, dealing with mental health concerns, or facing decisions with legal or financial consequences, please work with a qualified professional. These products do not replace that.

Limitation of liability

You use the workbooks and the GPT at your own discretion. Any decisions you make after working with this material are yours. To the extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, Impish Things KB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products. Our total liability in any event is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Swedish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be handled in Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence say otherwise.
