How delivery works

The Exit Readiness Map is free. After you sign up, you'll receive an email within a few minutes with a download link for the workbook (PDF).

For the paid products (The Ledger and The Atlas), after your payment is confirmed you'll receive an email within a few minutes containing:

A download link for the workbook (PDF)

Where the product includes it, instructions for accessing The Exit Architect GPT in your own ChatGPT account

Download links stay active. If you ever need to re-download a workbook, email [email protected] and we'll send it again.

If delivery doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there within 15 minutes, email [email protected] with the email address you used, and we'll resend it manually.

Technical support

If a file won't open, a link is broken, or the GPT isn't accessible, email [email protected] and describe what's happening. We'll fix it. There's no ticket system and no hold music. Just a reply from a human.

About refunds

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, and because you keep the workbook permanently, all sales are final once delivery has completed.

By completing your order, you're confirming:

- You want immediate access to the product

- You accept that "all sales final" applies once delivery has occurred

This is the standard practice for instant-delivery digital products, and it is the reason you can access the product immediately rather than waiting.

What we will do

If the product is broken or the delivery genuinely fails, we will fix it, replace it, or, if we can't, refund you.

That's not in tension with "all sales are final." That's the line between a final sale and a failed one.

EU customers: your additional rights

If you're purchasing from within the European Union, EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) normally gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, unless you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge you're waiving that right. By completing your order, you're providing that consent. This is the legal mechanism that allows us to deliver the product immediately instead of holding it for 14 days. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
